The operating team behind founders who sell through relationships
We started as the founder's right hand.
FoundrOps began in 2025, after four years of working alongside CEOs and founders at US startups on growth, sales, fundraising and operations, including the founding teams of several YC-backed companies. The pattern was the same every time: founders knew what needed to happen. Keeping it running week to week, while being pulled in ten directions, was what slipped.
So we take the work on directly. We build the systems, run them day to day, and document them so they keep working after we step back. We work with a small number of founders at a time, closely enough to be part of the team rather than an outside vendor. You stay in control of the direction throughout.
The people you'll work with

Four years running growth, sales and fundraising operations for US startup CEOs, among them ex-MBB and ex-FAANG founders and YC-backed companies. Took 50+ investor, accelerator and grant applications end to end, launched 50+ outbound campaigns, and trained the 20+ analysts who ran them.

Ran investor relations and fundraising outreach through a live seed round as the operating right hand to a startup CEO: the investor pipeline, the follow-ups, the reporting and the week-to-week execution that keeps a raise moving. Accounting and finance by training, with a year in tax and accounting at a chartered accountancy firm before that.

Before FoundrOps: led a 12-team engineering society and secured ₹60+ lakhs of institutional funding for it, interned at the Reserve Bank of India, and ran the business plan for a student race team that placed 4th of 58 at Formula Bharat 2025.
